📋 Instructions & Growing Tips

Spinach is a fast growing crop high in nutrition; and versatile in the kitchen. Spinach needs about 6 weeks of cool weather from seeding to harvest. It can be planted in the early spring or fall; and in winter in milder climates. Select a sunny location, cultivate and fertilize the soil. Sow seed sparingly in rows and firm over well to ensure good germination. Water and fertilize regularly. Harvest the whole plant by cutting at the base; or pick off the outer leaves one layer at a time to give inner layers more time to develop for future harvests.

Enjoy Baby Spinach & A Plentiful Harvest: Plant new seeds every 2 weeks to ensure a continuing supply of fresh spinach in the spring and fall. When seedlings are 2-3 inches tall harvest every other plant and you'll be able to enjoy a nice helping of baby spinach while giving the remaining plants more room to grow and flourish.
