📦 What shipping options are available?
We offer fast, reliable and reasonably priced shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). During checkout, you’ll be able to choose the shipping method that works best for you. All available options and costs are clearly displayed before you complete your order, so there are no surprises.
🇺🇸 Where do you ship?
Currently, SimplyGro products are available exclusively within the United States. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to inquire about availability in your region, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.
📮 Do you ship to military addresses and PO boxes?
Yes, we proudly ship to military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. Orders to military addresses and PO boxes are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipments to military addresses can be sent using First Class or Priority Mail; but not Express Mail.
🔎 Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. To make sure you receive our updates, please add sprout@simplygro.com to your email address book. NOTE: Orders shipped via First Class Mail may not include a tracking number; but will generally arrive within 4-5 days with your usual mail delivery.
