FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES!
We offer free economy shipping every day on every consumer product order shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We also offer great low rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Other US Territories. (Wholesale product orders are not eligible for free shipping. Custom LTL shipping charges for wholesale orders will be quoted within 1-2 business days after orders are placed and can be approved prior to shipment.)

DOES SIMPLYGRO SHIP ANYWHERE?
At this time our products are exclusively available within the United States. If you live outside of the United States and would like to inquire about availability in your region please contact us.

WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS TO PO BOXES & MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes. Orders shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply. APO/FPO packages can only be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. Express Mail is not offered to military addresses.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ORDERS TO SHIP?
We ship more than 95% of all orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). When you place your order online you'll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection. Orders with free shipping may be shipped through a variety of carriers so if you require a specific carrier for your shipping address please choose that specific option during checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order ships we will send an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please add our email address – sprout@simplygro.com – to your address book to ensure our emails get through to you.
